Build it, ship it, keep it fast.
Shopify and Shopify Plus development for brands that treat their store as core infrastructure — storefront builds, migrations, custom apps, and the performance work that keeps everything fast after launch.
Engineering, end to end.
Built by the people who scoped it.
Most delivery problems are handoff problems — requirements lost between the people who sold the work and the people doing it. We don't have that seam, and the process is built to keep it that way.
Scope against the real constraints
What the platform does natively, what the integrations can actually support, and what your team can maintain afterwards. Scope written without those is fiction with a timeline attached.
Set the performance budget first
Core Web Vitals targets agreed before the build, not measured after it. Performance added at the end is a rescue; performance built in is just how it ships.
Ship in working increments
Real environments, real data, reviewable early. You should be able to see and use the thing well before launch week, which is when surprises are cheapest to fix.
Test the paths that carry money
Checkout, payments, inventory sync, fulfilment. Everything else is important; these are the ones that cost revenue per hour when they break.
Hand over something maintainable
Documented, versioned, and readable by a developer who isn't us. Embedded is a way of working, not a dependency we engineer in.
Questions we get.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes, and it's common. We work in your repo, your standups, your review process — adding capacity rather than fencing off a workstream.
Do you take over work someone else started?
Often. It starts with an honest audit of what's there, including the parts that need replacing rather than extending — we'll tell you which is which before quoting.
How do you handle support after launch?
Either a structured support program or a documented handover to your team. Both are real options; we don't make leaving expensive.
Headless or a standard theme?
A standard Online Store 2.0 theme is right for most brands — fast, merchandiser-friendly, cheap to own. Headless earns its cost when you genuinely need custom rendering and have the engineering appetite to maintain it. We say which one fits, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
