What you can start.
Named pieces of work, each with a situation it's for and something it produces. They all run the same way once they start — here is the playbook.
Five things, plainly.
The first week, the rhythm, and how we make ourselves unnecessary.
Whichever one you picked, the engagement runs the same way. This is the playbook, not a process diagram.
Week one is not a discovery workshop. It's us in your Slack, your repo and your standup — reading the code, the tickets and last quarter's decisions, then playing back what we found in plain language. You should hear us describe your situation better than the brief did.
Strategy that can't be scheduled is opinion. Whatever we propose comes back as a plan with owners and milestones — yours and ours — so what's next is never ambiguous. We'd rather commit to less and hit it than pad a roadmap.
We adopt your release rhythm rather than imposing ours. Work lands as it's ready, reviewed where your team already reviews. Nothing we make needs a handover ceremony — it was never outside your walls.
The end state is your team running what we built without us: documented decisions, boring deploys, and no dependency on the people who are leaving. If you need us for the next thing, that should be a choice, not a hostage situation.
We don't hand over decks and disappear.
Three things, before anything starts.
- A named owner on your side — one person we're accountable to.
- Access on day one — the repo, the analytics, and the channel where decisions actually get made. Not after kickoff. Before it.
- The real constraint, stated plainly — budget, deadline, or politics. We've heard all three, and the engagement goes better when it's said out loud in week one instead of discovered in week six.
Every solution is the same bench, pointed differently.
None of these is a separate team or a separate product. Each one draws on the services we run and the capabilities we've built — here is which.
Creative — brand and positioning, design systems, content, social and video — runs through all five rather than standing on its own. It's how the work looks and reads, not a situation you arrive in. See the creative service →
Three words, three different questions.
- Services
- How we work — advisory, delivery, creative, fractional. See services →
- Capabilities
- What we know — Shopify and Plus, AI in operations, B2B, integrations. See capabilities →
- Solutions
- What you can get, and how to start it. You're here.
Tell us the situation.
Which one you're looking at, and what's actually in the way. We'll come back with a straight answer on fit — including that none of these is right, if that's the answer.
