Transformation

Modernize the operation, not just the tech.

Comprehensive digital transformation — strategy, platform, systems, operating model — embedded with your team, accountable to outcomes.

What's included

An embedded engagement, not a deck.

  • Strategy & roadmapping — a plan with owners and milestones
  • Commerce architecture — platform, data, and integrations designed to scale
  • Systems integration — ERP, POS, PIM, and CRM connected through the middleware between them
  • Operations & enablement — process, tooling, and team enablement that sticks after we leave
  • AI & automation — practical automation where it earns its keep, measured on outcomes
  • LFL Group — a multi-banner Shopify Plus programme: custom checkout, ERP integration, and the operating model to run it.

    How we do it

    Transformation, without the theatre.

Most transformation programs produce a roadmap and a slide deck. Ours are measured on whether the operation actually runs differently at the end — which means owning delivery, not just direction.

    1. Diagnose before prescribing

A short, paid discovery with a standalone deliverable. You get a plan with owners and milestones whether or not you continue with us — that's what makes the recommendation trustworthy.

    2. Sequence for early proof

The roadmap leads with something that pays for itself, because programs that show returns in the first quarter survive budget season and programs that don't, don't.

    3. Build the systems, not the slideware

Commerce architecture, integrations, and the data layer — implemented by the same team that scoped them, with the buy-vs-build calls made on merit.

    4. Automate where it earns its keep

AI and automation applied to the specific processes that are costing time, measured on outcomes rather than adopted for the label.

    5. Leave the team able to run it

Documentation, enablement, and an operating rhythm that outlasts the engagement. If it falls over when we leave, it didn't work.

Programs that show returns in the first quarter survive budget season. Programs that don't, don't.
    Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

We'd rather say so now than three weeks into a scope that was never going to work. Direct by default cuts both ways.

    A good fit if

    • The business needs to run differently, not just look different
    • You want one team accountable from strategy through delivery
    • Leadership is ready to make decisions the roadmap depends on
    • You want an honest read on whether the platform is even the problem

    Probably not if

    • You want a roadmap document and will execute it elsewhere
    • The decision is already made and you need someone to implement it exactly — that's a delivery engagement, and we do those too
    • Nobody internal can own the changes the program will require
    • You need the whole thing costed to the dollar before any discovery has happened

Not sure which side of that you’re on?

Email contact@executionspace.com and we’ll set up a time — twenty minutes, no deck.

    FAQ

    Questions we get.

How is this different from hiring a consultancy?

The usual consultancy hands you a recommendation and leaves the hard part to you. We're the other kind — embedded in your standups and tools, accountable for the outcome, and doing the delivery ourselves. Advice you can't execute isn't worth much.

    Do we have to replatform?

Often not. Replatforming is expensive and disruptive, and plenty of problems that look like platform problems are really data, process, or integration problems. The discovery says which one you have.

    Where does AI actually fit?

Usually in the reporting layer and the manual-process layer first — a queryable source of truth and automations that retire spreadsheet work. Adoption is a change-management problem more than a tooling one.

What does the first engagement look like?

A scoped discovery with a defined deliverable, then a phased program with owners and milestones. Direct by default: no undefined scopes, no open-ended retainers.
