Privacy & Terms.
How we handle your information, and the terms that govern this site. In plain language — no fine-print games.
Privacy Policy
Execution Space Inc. (“Execution Space,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact or project-request forms, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company, and the project information you share (what you need, budget range, timeline, and your message).
- Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard log and security data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve this site.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry or a project we're working on together.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
How your information is processed
Form submissions are transmitted securely and handled by trusted service providers acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — provides content delivery, security and bot protection (Turnstile), processes our form submissions.
- Google — supplies our aggregate site analytics (Google Analytics 4). See "Cookies" below.
- Freshdesk — receives your enquiry so we can manage and respond to it.
These providers process your information only as needed to deliver the service, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where we're required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you — so we can respond and maintain reasonable business records — after which we delete or anonymize it. We may keep it longer where the law requires or for an ongoing engagement.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, bot protection, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take its protection seriously.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@executionspace.com. We handle requests in line with applicable privacy law, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR.
International visitors
We are based in Canada. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Children
This site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Cookies & similar technologies
We use only what's needed to run and protect the site:
- Essential & security. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to confirm you're a real person and block spam on our forms.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage in aggregate. It sets first-party cookies (for example
_ga) to tell visitors apart; we run it with IP anonymization and no advertising features, and you can block or clear these cookies in your browser without affecting the site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect security features such as our contact form.
